This card is made using the Stampin'Up " Papilion Potpourri" stamp set and the "Modern Mosaic"       embossing folder.  I discovered that you need to cut out the ovals BEFORE embossing or you manage to flatten your design!!!

On Thursday I went to the Birchwood Craft Group where we made this card using an unusual but effective Christmas embossing folder.

A simple but effective card for Christmas.  Unfortunately the DSP has been retired, however, the new patterns on the DSP stacks are really striking.

Had a good day at the Great Northern Papercraft Extravaganza on Saturday.  It was much smaller than I expected but there was lots of space and it was much easier to see the demos and talk to exhibitors. Glitter and bling seem to be on trend!!

Yesterday we had a Christmas workshop and used the lovely new Stampin'Up stamp set Calm Christmas.
