Emily (my granddaughter) and I have had a very lazy day here today after a really tiring Saturday. My friend Ginny and I organised a Jubilee Craft and Gift Fair in Market Rasen and we were delighted with the quality and variety of items offered for sale. It was a welcoming and colourful display put on by stall holders exhibiting their excellent handmade products.
I ran a "Make and Take " table to show the quality and versatility of Stampin'Up products and lots of people came along and made a card. But gosh, I was tired by the end of the day!!
I keep forgetting to tell you that Robbie won the border punch I offered during sale-a-bration. She was certainly delighted with it. Having seen many of her lovely cards I know she will make good use of the lovely design.
I also forgot to include a photo of the swaps I made for the training in Leamington, so here it is! I really enjoyed using the super Pocket Silhouettes Stamp Set and I think the combination of Pool Party and Island Indigo inks looks good. You can't see from the photo but the bottom half of the card is embossed using the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder and the ribbon is either Victoria or the delicate Chantilly trim backed with DSP.
Many thanks to all those who swapped with me. I brought home some great cards and lots of ideas.
Really pleased that our Stampers Six is up and running. Maxine won the draw and will get the first hostess goodies.
Don't forget Sincerely Yours at the Lincs Show Ground on Sunday. Hope to see you there.
I wish you all the very best from Lincolnshire.
Many thanks for reading this.
Happy crafting! Mandy (mandy1390@yahoo.co.uk)
